  Part of a healthy lifestyle is knowing how to take care of yourself and how to get the right rehab care when things don’t go so well. Lynn Ware Peek and Tim Henney speak with several long time physical therapists in Park City.  First, Marlene Hatch and Blair Smith from the Park City Medical Center physical therapy department, join to talk about concussion treatment.

Then, Andrea Terwillegar of Alpine Sports Medicine who joins them to talk about their new location, common skier injuries and some new types of therapy there. 

Finally, it’s Dr. Dana Suskind who’s the founder of the 30 million word initiative and a book by the same name called “30 Million Words: Building a Child’s Brain.” (rebroadcast)
