Local News Hour - May 16, 2018

On today’s program, Leslie Thatcher speaks to Park City School Board Member Erin Grady and Business Administrator Todd Hauber who have a recap about Tuesday's meeting. Park City Manager Diane Foster, Community Development Manager Anne Laurent and Special Events Manager Jenny Diersen have a preview of the agenda for Thursday's city council meeting – when the Bonanza Flat Conservation Easement will be introduced and the council is scheduled to make a decision on the Park City Institute’s request to use City Park and the Quinn’s Fields for their summer concert series and South Summit School District Superintendent Shad Sorenson and Business Administrator Kip Bigelow have ab update on future building needs, graduation and the Silver Summit Academy.

Tough but fair, Leslie is the woman most of Park City wakes up with every weekday morning. Leslie has been at KPCW since 1990 and her years at KPCW have given her depth and insight, guiding her as she asks local leaders and citizens the questions on everyone’s minds during the live interviews of the Local News Hour.
