On today’s program, Utah State University History Professor Norm Jones is leading efforts to improve general education in the state of Utah. A free lecture entitled, "What Does It Mean to be an Educated Person in the 21st Century will happen on Saturday at 5 pm at Peaks Hotel. Tom Noaker and Amber Nelson with South Summit Trails Association have an update on the trail system and Oct. 6th fundraiser. Mountain Mediation Center Director Gretchen Lee and Attorney Natalie Segall have details about their speaker Dr. Kathy Franchek who will be discussing Communicating After Trauma this Wednesday and Midway Resident Katie Noble talks about the non-profit group Pure Midway, dedicated to open space and Midway's rural heritage. She also has details about tomorrow’s informational meeting.
