The seasonal road from Jeremy Ranch to East Canyon Reservoir frequently plays host to bikers and hikers in the summer months.
State Route 35, Wolf Creek Summit, east of Francis is also open for the season.
UDOT is expected to open Guardsman Pass from Park City to Brighton or Midway to cars on Thursday.
