Heber utility fee changes, bonds explained at open house

Heber Light & Power will share more information about upcoming bonds and fee changes for residents at a public meeting Wednesday.

The company will discuss upcoming bonds and impact fees that, if approved, will allow the company to upgrade its facilities.

Residents can share feedback on the utility’s 2026 draft budget and fee schedule.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Heber Light & Power.
