For the second year, UDOT is conducting a pilot program during Sundance that would allow buses to use the shoulder along 224 as a travel lane during congested periods. The public is invited, to hear about the proposal and make comments, at a Tuesday night meeting from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Richins Service Building. Rick Brough has more.
