New Motion Filed in PC Film Studios Legal Battle

The developer of the Park City Film Studios, Greg Ericksen, has filed a new summary judgment motion in the legal fight with his financier. However, that motion is under seal. Meanwhile, Ericksen has won a round in oral arguments last week in Third District Court, against local businessman Gary Crandall. Ericksen's counterclaim has also named Crandall's business, Newpark Retail. Crandall asked for the business to be dismissed as a defendant, but that request was turned down by Third District Judge Kara Pettit. Rick Brough has more.
