Heber City has hired a new manager to replace Mark Anderson who left the position following last year's election.
Heber City's new manager Mark Brower comes to the Heber Valley with 15 years of experience. His most recent position was as city manager of Lincoln City, CA with a population of nearly 50-thousand residents near the Sacramento area. Prior to that he has held leadership positions in Georgia, Florida and Santa Clara, Utah.
Brower come on the job mid-July. Heber City Mayor Kellen Potter helped welcome Brower and his family to Heber, saying we're excited to have him.
Brower takes over from Mark Anderson who left in March. He had served as Heber City Manager since October of 1998.
