The first show of the new year at the  Park City Eccles Center has been canceled – but organizers hope to reschedule.

According to an announcement from the Park City Institute, Stephanie Land, the author of the New York Times Bestseller, Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay and A Mother’s Will to Survive, needed to back out of her commitment due to health issues. In a prepared statement, Institute  Executive Director Teri Orr said they expect to reschedule her performance later in the season.,

The Institute will honor any tickets purchased for Saturday’s show - or exchange the tickets for another performance this season. Patrons are encouraged to call the Box Office with questions or to arrange an exchange for a future show.  435-655-3114.

Coming up next this season is Perla Batalla on Feb. 15th singing the songs of Leonard Cohen.
