A construction project on River Road will mean detours on the Midway thoroughfare starting Monday.
The project will include a new water line, power conduits, and road reconstruction. River Road will be closed from Memorial Hill to 600 North during construction.
Detours will have traffic rerouted from River Road onto 100 North and 600 North connected by Center Street.
Accommodations have been arranged for those who want to park and walk Memorial Hill, they will need to follow the path set up by contractors to access the hill.
Additionally, school buses, emergency services, and those who live on River Road will have access through the site.
