Park City firefighters and engines arrived at the scene in Canyons Village a little before 3 a.m. Saturday. According to a report from the fire district, crews extinguished the blaze quickly.
A spokesperson for the hotel told KPCW the fire started on a guestroom balcony.
According to a Summit County Sheriff's report, guests in the room where the fire started and some nearby evacuated during the response.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
