Becoming a Better Mountain Biker

Professional mountain biker and founder of Women in the Mountains, Erica Tingey  joins The Mountain Life this week. Tingy talks to Pete and Lynn about how to best angle your bike and body on a steep downhill switchback,  why it's okay to use flat pedals, now and forever - and much more about how to become a proficient mountain biker. Erica also highlights the program she founded in Park City after years spent as a professional mountain bike racr.

Pete Stoughton is the Brand Relations Manager at Trail and Ultra Running as well as the Director of Programs at CCPC. Basically, he is the behind the scenes guy at TAUR. When he's not getting his TAUR on, or running 2-3,000 miles a year. His own personal running ranges from 100 mile races to track workouts. Nevertheless, a scenic run with friends is were he finds inner peace.
