What are the kinds of costs and other impacts that climate change could impose on this country? How has the role of the federal government changed under the current administration? David Hayes is a nationally recognized environmental and natural resources lawyer who served as Deputy Secretary of the Interior in both the Clinton and Obama administrations and currently leads the State Energy & Environmental Impact Center at NYU School of Law.
