Prospector Square Property Owners Association Executive Director Craig Dennis provides an update on construction in the Prospector area.
This is the third year of a multi-year construction project. The project, initially budgeted at $1.6 million, is now expected to cost $2.4 million due to unforeseen issues like soil removal and utility line complications. A sewer line replacement project is ongoing, with a section expected to be completed by mid-July.
