National Weather Service Meteorologist Brittany Whitlam discusses the unusual weather patterns in Utah, noting that November and December have been unusually warm and dry, with Park City receiving only 2.8 inches of snow since Nov. 1, and Salt Lake City yet to see any measurable snowfall.
