Park City Manager Adam Lenhard and Deputy City Manager Jodi Emery preview Thursday's council meeting, including a dicussion of strategic priorities: affordability, mobility, sustainability, economic vitality, and Olympic legacy. The city's sustainability progress includes achieving 100 percent renewable electricity for its operations and participating in the Utah Renewable Communities Program starting in 2027. For the 2034 Olympics, a local organizing committee is developing a regional strategic framework focusing on transportation and infrastructure. The city is also renewing its agreement with Basin Recreation to increase funding for ice arena repairs. Finally, the council could vote to hire a recommended candidate for the finance director's position.
