Sara C. Bronin, author of “Key to the City: How Zoning Shapes Our World,” shares her work and research about zoning laws in Connecticut and across the nation.

Bronin explains why some communities were built with the necessity of having to drive a car and some communities are walkable. Zoning laws try to thread the fine line of community while giving people elbow room by not making it too dense nor too sparse.
