Laurie Moldawer founded The Park City Culinary Institute 2014. A corporate accountant with a penchant for cooking, she got her training at the Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris.
Moldawer, along with chef instructor David Avery and admissions director Karick Heaton, share their passion for cooking and talk about the locally famous chefs who have graduated from the institute.
