Today, Tim Henney and Lynn Ware Peek first rebroadcast an interview with Dr Terry Wahls, author of the Wahls Protocol.  It's called a 'radical new way to treat all chronic autoimmune conditions.'  Wahls treated her own MS and got out of a wheelchair. Then Adele Levine, author of , "Run don't Walk: The Curious and Chaotic Life of a Physical Therapist Inside Walter Reed Army Medical Center."  It's about the life inside the highest volume amputee center in the nation, and how Levine grew curiously attached to the good that is done there.

Lynn Ware Peek is a long-time contributor to KPCW. She joined the station in 2008 with Tales from the Wasatch Back, was a reporter from 2012 to 2016, and co-hosts and produces two of KPCW’s Public Affairs Hour shows, The Mountain Life, on health and lifestyle, on Wednesdays and Cool Science Radio, tackling science and technology every Thursday.
