In this edition of The Mountain Life, hosts Lynn Ware Peek and Tim Henney first  speak with Alex Cohen, Phd,  he’s a sports psychologist for the US Olympic Committee and will deliver a lecture at the Utah Olympic Park to talk with young athletes and their parents about how to adjust and form their thinking and attitudes around their sport and competition.

Then, a conversation with Dr. Paul Coleman, he’ll talk about what to do with the grief, anxiety and downright depression you might feel after your candidate or party comes up short in the mid-term elections.

Finally,  14,0000 Things to be Happy About, from babushkas to ripening fruit, to a belief that caution ought to be thrown to the wind.  We’ll speak with Barbara Ann Kipfer who wrote the book on being happy.
