Lynn Ware Peek and guest co host Chris Cherniak take a look at Mental Health and suicide, with the Speedy Foundation and a talk held this evening at PCHS to bring more awareness to this important topic.

Then we speak with Paul Diegel, executive director of the Utah Avalanche Center and the fundraiser on Thursday to benefit the Center at Black Diamond in Salt Lake City.

Then, it's a topic related to lifestyle in our mountain town – but a departure from what we normally discuss – we will talk gentrification, an how about a new term amenity migrants – with interim Park City planning director Bruce Ericksen.

Lynn Ware Peek is a long-time contributor to KPCW. She joined the station in 2008 with Tales from the Wasatch Back, was a reporter from 2012 to 2016, and co-hosts and produces two of KPCW’s Public Affairs Hour shows, The Mountain Life, on health and lifestyle, on Wednesdays and Cool Science Radio, tackling science and technology every Thursday.
Co-host of KPCW's This Green Earth.
