The statements are sent out by the county auditor in early August and property owners have until Sept. 15 to review their valuation.
The county advises taxpayers to watch for market changes, confirm their property is coded correctly and make sure they are receiving any available exemptions.
Summit County Residents should keep an eye out for their Notice of Valuation statement, which was sent through the mail by the Auditor’s Office in early August.
