Snyderville Basin Recreation Director Dana Jones has an update on policy approvals from Summit County Council. Dana also speaks about the strategic plan they are working on over the next year that include: a 10 year master plan, 5 year trails and open space plan and Silver Creek developement plan.

A new multi-use directional loop trail is under construction east of Park City. This will be the first time a local trail is being designed with electric mountain bikes in mind.

Registration for this summer’s camps and recreation programs through Basin Recreation opened early this (Wednesday) morning, with several of them filling up quickly. In the meantime, the district needs to fill more than 100 seasonal jobs to meet demand.
