All cats at the shelter will be quarantined.

Heber Valley Animal Services will not be taking cats into the shelter for at least two weeks.

In a post to Facebook, the shelter says it is working to contain an outbreak of a contagious virus affecting cats.

To stop the spread, all cats in the shelter will be under quarantine.

No new cats will be allowed in until the outbreak is resolved in the next couple of weeks.
