Summit County is providing free sand and sandbags for residents concerned about flooding. Sandbags are not prefilled so bring a friend and your own shovels. Pick-up locations include Ecker Hill Middle School, Trailside Park, Silver Creek, Willow Creek Park, Jeremy Ranch Park & Ride, and more in Coalville, Kamas, Henefer, Oakley and Francis. Pick-up times and contact phone numbers for each location can be found online at SummitCounty.org.

For residents and businesses within Park City 84060 limits, sand and bags are available at the Public Works Building located at 1053 Iron Horse Drive. Call the Park City hotline at (435) 615-5463 and leave your name, number, address, and when you want to pick up your bags between 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Property managers requesting sandbags must identify at pickup the property location where sandbags will be used within 84060 city limits.
