A suspect who was detained by Summit County deputies in June for trying to contact a celebrity homeowner in Promontory returned this weekend. The intruder was a Wisconsin resident who deputies arrested and sent to County Jail after he made two failed attempts to contact the woman, because of an apparent infatuation. Rick Brough has more.
