Wasatch County Grant Program Applications Open to Businesses Hit by the COVID-19 Pandemic

Businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Wasatch County can now apply for financial help.

The applications for The Wasatch County CARES Business Grant Program opened this week.

The program will offer grants to businesses in the county that have reported at least a $5,000 financial loss or at least a 15% loss in profit from March 1 to May 31, 2020. Businesses that apply must already be open or have a reopening plan.

Qualifying businesses will receive $5,000-50,000 and will have to spend the awarded money by November 30 of this year.

Applications will close October 5 and grant money will be awarded until there are no funds left.

Business owners can find more information at mountainland.org.
