The resort first offered spots to renewing permit holders. The remaining 83 permits will be sold to people chosen by a random lottery.
A permit for the garage at the top of the First Time lot costs $799 for the season.
Permit holders are required to make reservations in advance.
The lottery closes Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 4 p.m.
