In a brief discussion Wednesday, the Summit County Council heard from a Basin resident that the Boyer Tech Center at Kimball Junction isn't developing the kinds of businesses that were expected in its original plan.
The citizen, Chris Hague, has also filed a GRAMA request concerning a business being operated by a Council member in the Tech Center's Building A. Rick Brough has more.
