The Summit County Council on Wednesday voted that six high-end Main Street properties, facing back taxes, should go on to a liquidation sale in mid-May. The council turned down a request from businessman Ken Abdalla to waive some of the costs or to stretch out the payment of the liability. Rick Brough has more:
