The Center for Biological Diversity is an organization that works to prevent extinctions. Scott shared the details on the suit that his organization brough against the Trump administration in partnership with other conservation groups. Two last minute decisions from the administration allow widespread clearcutting, herbicide spraying, grazing and other actions throughout the Great Basin that Scott and his team say violate the Endangered Species Act by disregarding the 130 threatened and endangered species that inhabit the area.
