(23:44) On November 20, Summit County Colorado was moved to into Level Red (Severe Risk) restrictions that required further restrictions on ski resort capacity along with the closure of restaurants and emphasis that the prohibition on gatherings applies to short-term lodging facilities as well. Blair McGary, Executive Director of the Summit County Colorado Chamber of Commerce joined us to talk about these restrictions and how they are impacting their economy.
