After graduating from BYU, her first job was reporting Ski Utah's epic snow totals on the radio as the "Craaaaazy Canuck." As an NPR nerd, she is excited to return to her radio roots as one of the voices behind KPCW's new show, The Community Campfire.
Amber spent 20 years building Colorado's first and largest online community for moms, earning the Colorado Associated Press Editors and Reporters Association "Online General Excellence" award. She's also a former Denver Post columnist, a publicist in the tourism and non-profit sectors and a seasoned adventure travel writer. Her true passions lie in community building, storytelling and positivity emanating.
